2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–21 working days depending on banking channels and supplier settlement times.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not apply in the following situations:

  • Non-refundable air tickets or hotel bookings
  • Visa rejection (unless specified)
  • No-show scenarios
  • Partially utilized services (unused nights, meals, or tours)
