1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or via email.
Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless specified otherwise in the package):
- 30 days or more before travel: Minimum cancellation fee
- 15–29 days before travel: Up to 50% of the tour cost
- 7–14 days before travel: Up to 75% of the tour cost
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund / 100% cancellation charge
2. Non-Refundable Components
Certain bookings such as flights, visas, or special deals may be completely non-refundable.
3. No-Show
Failure to show up for a trip or flight will be treated as a no-show, with no refund applicable.
4. Force Majeure
Situations beyond control (weather, natural disasters, political unrest) may affect cancellations. Refunds depend on supplier policies.
