2. Refund Process

- Refunds may take 7–21 working days depending on banking channels and supplier settlement times.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not apply in the following situations:
- Non-refundable air tickets or hotel bookings
- Visa rejection (unless specified)
- No-show scenarios
- Partially utilized services (unused nights, meals, or tours)
